UNABLE TO CONTINUE STORY HELP URGENT

I was playing recore yesterday and today when i reached the mission "Departure"

To finish this mission, you have to beat the boss

I fought the boss about 5 or 6 times before i gave up and decided to start training my corebots.

I trained for about two hours and returned to the dungeon the mission's in

I reach a part of the dungeon where you have to input two keys into their respective keyholes

I go the room the keys are in and cannot find them in the places they should be.

I go back to the keyholes and try to activate them, they say i need to have the keys.

I cannot continue the story beyond this point because of this glitch.

If I have to restart I will lose the 5.5 hours i have already spent playing.

Update needed to continue

I need an update for my console to continue. I purchased a one year live membership and updated my status on my PC to gold. When I went to update my console it says I need an update to continue. I got an error message UPDATE FAILED error # 3F45-0000-0080-0300-8007-2746.
So I tried to copy the update on a flash drive and the console will not recognise the flash drive. It says I need to format to xbox so I let it do that. So I recopied the update to the flash drive and it does not find it. HELP!!!

Modem Brand is Xplornet model is HT1000

Router is Lynksys Model E1200

Wireless connection that is directly connected to the computer AND internet at the moment to resolve this issue

hi for uninstall MS game progams close all your applies clisk on start at left of your task bar when you see the program you want uninstall do a right click on it and click on uninstall and for reinstall it go to your Microsoft store tape the name of the
program you want install in search then download it and open it hope it will help you

That is correct, it is only a temporary solution that will let users login and play while waiting for the final solution. I do know it is not ideal but at least you're not completely blocked out.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Thank you for your reply. The bad side of this problem is that customers don't have any update about the recovery time from MS. I've been working in a TELCO since 1991 and I know that silence from the company may drive customers crazy when there are problems
and they can't have the service they paid for. Maybe some update in the FB pages or in the profile status page may help customer to be more confident. Let's hope things will be set soon. Have a nice day.

, Every console have it own problem. PS comunity is really toxic and Xbox have a lot of persons who can help you. and service is from my POV a lot better on Xbox.

I own both consoles and Xbox is No.1 for me. Not because of games, but because of comunity.

Alright, I just tried your suggestion for the manual settings. The test came back fine so I tried to play a game since that's when the connection fails. Just like clockwork, I didn't even get 10 minutes into the game before being disconnected. I logged in
again and continued playing and was logged out again after a similar time frame. So in short this did nothing to help.

I did the speed test though the reviewers didn't seem to place a lot of faith I the results. This is what I got:

Ping: 31ms

Download: 24.48 Mbps

Upload: 7.26 Mbps

Here's the thing, I can stay logged in on the dashboard or while using other apps (such as YouTube and Netflix) it only does this crap when a game is running. I don't even need to be doing anything in the game. I could sit on the pause menu for 10 minutes
and it would log me out! So it has nothing to do with stress on the Internet connection. I appreciate the responses but I have yet to see anything fix this problem.
