UNABLE TO CONTACT XBOX SUPPORT TO REQUEST A REPAIR

I have been trying for a few weeks to submit a request to repair my series x, i cannot get a call back as i keep getting the “something went wrong at our end message”

I have also tried submitting the request without talking to someone but that method comes up with another error when trying to select my address.

I have found a phone number for xbox support in the uk, the automated response tells me to use the website to save time then hangs up.

This is really bad service and I’ve got no idea what to do next

I tried you advice, and it worked perfectly, i have now got a repair booked for my xbox.

Try doing it this way; On the support page, choose the message a gamer option and then ask the gamer to escalate you to an Advisor.

I was trying to return because the latest update caused my xbox series S to repeatedly reconnect & disconnect all controllers (been 4 days now (everythings, console, controllers are updated, changed batteries, restarted console, paired, same problem, only works using a usb cable)

shell version 2111.0.2112.11002

not only do they mess up the console, dont correct it, but cant even comply with their warranty.
