    I received the message "Contact us at Microsoft support"

    But when I try to contact us, I get to "Last step" and all I can do is look at FAQ's, virtual agent or post in community support. Guessing it's covid related? But be good if I could at least log a ticket or something for someone to get back to me, this is just a brick wall seemingly, unless someone knows how I can do this?

    The message I get is when trying to purchase using existing funds added in my MS account (sufficient amount inc taxes). None of the help articles apply. The requested action is a change in gamertag, and I made sure to choose the correct region in the bottom right.

    Error message is:

    We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. Get more information

    Hi,

    It may appear that you have already changed your Gamertag once for free. You can see if you charged for the Gamertag change here:

    account.microsoft.com/.../orders
    However, can you try to open the support link (
    support.xbox.com/contact-us ) in in-private and see if it will allow you to chat with them that way without your information automatically being pre-generated.

    Hello TropicalFox8,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues purchasing content with your existing funds.

    Are you trying to purchase on an Xbox console or PC?

    If it's on the PC, try clearing your cache. You can also use a private browser or a different browser (Edge instead Chrome, or Firefox, etc).

    To delete your cache from the Edge Browser:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge.
    2. Click the Settings and More (three dots) button on the top-right corner.
    3. Click on Settings.
    4. Click on Privacy and services.
    5. Under the “Clear browsing data” section, click the Choose what to clear button.
    I suggest specifically deleting "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files". Note: It will sign you out of your saved log-ins and passwords.

    To delete your cache from the Chrome browser:

    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots)
    3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
    4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
    6. Click Clear data.
    Sign into your account and try again.

    If the same error occurs, go to Contact us | Xbox Support and select Subscriptions & Billing > I need help purchasing content to request a call-back.

    Yes, I currently have Paul from Xbox controlling my PC, looks like the issue is with Asobo as my saved data is corrupt and when it tries to sync this data I crash to desktop.

    Paul has found a way around the issue to get me flying again but Asobo need to resolve the problem and he has contacted them with the relevant information that he has gained from taking over my PC
