    Unable to contact game services / Xbox Game Pass PC Doom Eternal


    Bought an xbox game pass PC, downloaded Doom Eternal and this is where the problems start

    The game works, normally my hardware is OK BUT this message pops up

    "Unable to contact game services. Online rewards, XP, and other online progress will not be saved and online features will be unavailable until the game returns online."

    I wrote with help from bethesda but
    we still haven't figured out what is causing the game not to connect to the internet

    Interestingly, I have a game on the steam platform, where it normally connects to the internet

    Have any ideas? I've been struggling with it for a good month and still can't play; -;

    PS : I tried adding the game to the defender, but it failed because the game is hidden in the "WindowsApps" files where I got access, but when adding the game file it says that I do not have permission to it

    Cant download any game pass games onto pc.

    Doom Eternal is available for the console through Game Pass, but not PC.

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.

    doom eternal is available on pc from steam or bethesda, yes microsoft are buying them but that has not been finalised yet until next year, chromebook will not run doom eternal unless your running and android OS and using xcloud.

    Unless if you upgraded the Chromebook or used xcloud then how the hell did you get doom eternal to run on that?
