have you unplugged all of it just for your safety and is there another web browser you can try it on

I tried multiple Browsers and from Cellphone/PC etc .

Please , could you tell me if you are able to go past that menu i posted above, thanks.

Microsoft Wont answer in Twitter also, tried Yesterday.

This is what i did.

I asked if anyone else has this issue saying : "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue" when choosing from the menu.

This is ridiculous i can't even get someone to talk to me from Microsoft.

Every option i choose says "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue" what the hell ?

Sorry to hear it. I don't think support is going to be able to help with this beyond suggesting a repair on the console. You can set this up at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com.
Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up the console.

Please be sure to only send the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables and controllers will be returned
