    Unable to connect


    Since a few days, it's very hard, or impossible, to get a multiplayer session on Ghost Recon Wildlands.

    I'm playing once per week with my friend megafumble and we waste one hour this evening trying to launch a friend session without any success. And we gave up, bored ! Restarting the game, reconnecting to xbox live, rebooting the machine... Nothing worked...

    Getting connected to the xbox live is very hard too, taking several minutes.

    Am I paying for this ? Really ?

    Please fix it, or give us honnest information. The statuts of multiplayer is "normal". Seriously ?

    I can understand that technical problems may appear with such a technology.

    But I don't accept to be a fool that will search in his internet parameter the solution to a problem that came from Microsoft servers or services.

    Tell us clearly what's on and don't minimize the problem, making me losing my time.

    Same for me, it continues to telo me "unable to connect to xbox live", rebooted and reinstalled the game, but still unable to connect

    Hello
    Power_Barbu     !

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing the multiple issues that you're experiencing.

    It sounds like you might need to factory reset your console and uninstall / reinstall your game so that everything

    can be refreshed and updated on both ends … game and console.

    Before you reset your console.. make sure you know your email, password for your Microsoft account and your login and pw for

    you internet / wifi bc you'll need to redownload your profile(s) and reconnect to your internet.

    To reset console:
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

    To uninstall / reinstall game:
    Uninstall Xbox One games or apps to free hard drive space

    (NOTE: There is currently a XBOX LIVE SERVICE ALERT
    Xbox Live Core Services Alert OUTAGE)
