Unable to connect xbox to win 10 pc

Hi, I was unable to see any results with turning off my router, Xbox, and PC for a while. I also updated my computer but there were only Intel updates.

are you able to test the connection using a wired connection to see if you see a change?

Are both the devices in the same network? If they are not they will not be able to communicate. I have wireless in one network and wired devices are in a separate network. Depends on your setup and with your provider installed for you in your house.
