With the second account you added that can access the settings. Go to family select your profile then privacy and online settings and change what
you need to.

When you say "the account family consist of only one adult account."

• Do you see the child account under the Family?

If you do not see the child profile under the family, I recommend the following troubleshooting article:

Add a new member to your family on Xbox One.
