    Unable to Connect with Xbox Support Over the Last 6 months


    Hi Everyone,

    About 6 months back I bought an Xbox Series X controller from a vendor and the warranty information was incorrect when I registered my device with my account. Have been trying to get in touch with Xbox support, but the Call Back option just simple doesnt work. It always says "unable to process your request for a call back, please try again later". Is their any other way I can get in touch with Xbox support, since to udpate my warranty info, I have to connect with someone from Xbox, either through a web chat or Phone call or Email. Its just poor service at this point.

    Yes. I have tried everything. This last little update made me unable to connect via Ethernet. I have to play on the WiFi with 6 other computers on the same network.

    @Jariel - I am able to connect to Live, and to everything else via XBox; I am just unable to stay connected when playing multiplayer online. The router is only 6 months old. I am able to connect to the internet via smartphone and laptops (which I turned
    off the WiFi to make sure they weren't taking up excessive bandwidth). The cable is also only 6 months old, and again, I just started having these problems within the past couple months. Everything ran solid before.
