    Unable to connect to XBOX LIVE


    After a clean installation of Windows 10, when I try to play a game installed on my PC, I get an error 'A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.' when I sign in to XBOX LIVE, and I can't log on and play the game.

    You can successfully log on from the XBOX LIVE web page or console of XBOX One, and the above error only appears when you log on from Windows application of Windows 10.

    I created another XBOX ID and tried it, and I was able to log on successfully.

    Does anyone have any information?
