Unable to connect to Xbox live service after suspension.

My account was suspended 1/1618 to 1/30/18. I've been trying to play games online and chat with friends but it says my account is still suspended even though the enforcement website says its over.

If you don't have access to the email or phone on your account you can see what options are available for a password reset here - Reset your password

If none of the options are available there you can try the account recovery process here -
Recover your account

If you try the account recovery process and get a notification that you're not able to recover the account, it should give you a reference number.

If that's the case you can contact Xbox Support and explain the situation and let them know about that reference number.

Xbox Support cannot change or recover the account for you but if you've done the account recovery process and that failed, they should be able to take your info and send it up for a manual review.

No guarantee on that last process but that's one last step

If your console is still unable to connect to LIVE due to a console suspension, then your console was not one of those affected and your suspension will stand as issued.

If you received a suspension from Xbox Live, then after the suspension is over, the account will regain access to the service, provided another suspension was not issued. All information on how Xbox live suspensions work can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com

You have variable options to solve this my dear friend:

1. Reset your router or modem and configure your Xbox Live Internet Connection with the router or modem after being resetted.

2. Delete your profile and download it again

3. Reset your Xbox 360 and check If you can sign in.
