Unable to Connect to Xbox Live Party Chat on Series X

I understand that you are experiencing issues connecting to Xbox Live.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Kindly power cycle your console. Turn off your Xbox, unplug it for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Please test your NAT type. To give you a heads up a restrictive NAT type (Moderate or Strict) can cause connectivity issues. To check this one, please go to Settings > General > Network Settings and check your NAT type. If it's not Open, you may need to configure port forwarding on your router.

Here are the list of ports to forward for Xbox Live:

TCP: 3074

UDP: 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500

And then adjust privacy settings. Make sure your communication settings allow Party Chat. Navigate to Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety > Xbox Privacy > View Details & Customize > Communication & Multiplayer. Set options to "Allow" or "Everybody."

Next is clear MAC address. Kindly go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address and select "Clear." Restart your console afterward.

2. Select Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy > View details & customise.

3. Select Communication & multiplayer, and then review the settings for the following to make sure that they are set to Friends or Everyone:

Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

You can communicate outside of Xbox with voice & text

You can use video for communications

Note: If you're connected to a Discord voice channel on your Xbox console, your party chat status will say “Discord” and the name of the voice channel that you're in. If you want to join or start an Xbox party chat, disconnect from the Discord voice channel so that you can switch over to game or party chat. Same thing for me since tuesday on my Xbox 360. I also tried from my xbox series x, same result, unable to connect to live.
