unable to connect to xbox live gold

when I turn on my console I'm told that I'm connected to xbox live but impossible to play online.so I did a connection test and so I have 45bits of download and 0 mbits of loading and the mtu is at 0. the last time I could play it
was yesterday around 8 pm and since impossible

xbox live

I am unable to connect to xbox live on my xbox one although my gold membership is still valid. I can download games but cannot connect to xbox live and play online games. any solution

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hey there Serguncikas,

DIPDIP0TAT0CH1P is correct in this case, since Lithuania isn't a supported region you're unable to obtain Games with Gold games. You'll need to connect to Xbox Live physically in a region that's supported in order for this to work.

To check are you regularyly using trials to access Xbox Live Gold? Not all games allow for Gold trials for multiplayer which may be the reason you're unable to connect in certain games. Let us know so that we can best help out.
