Unable to connect to Xbox Live (0x89235107)

Hello, I have a problem when I try to play Football Manager 2023 it shows me an error message: "Unable to connect to Xbox Live" this error has persisted since yesterday I reinstalled the game but it doesn't work. Can you help me ?

Hello,

I had the same issue and I found a fix for myself. The issue is that I uninstalled Microsoft Edge from my pc. Xbox live uses it to login you to the game with WebView2. After installing Edge, I repaired Xbox Live, Xbox and Football Manager 23 in Apps settings and after a reboot the game works. Hope that works for you guys because noone could help me from microsoft or sega, they both said it's the other side's problem

Yes it is very discouraging and annoying not to be able to play especially since there is no communication on this problem there

I found the solution !! After having countless things to solve this I installed Microsoft Edge and like magic I have no more error message! I advise you to do this to solve this problem

Yes I only have this problem with this game, but I haven't seen anyone talking about this problem with FM23 on the forums

I've always played the old FM but the 23 I'm not getting at all, this same error of yours, I've done everything until I released specific ports on my router and the error haunts, it's enough to be discouraging.
