    Unable to connect to Live Gold Account


    Out of the blue, xbox 360 would not log onto live, have no prior issues at all, just will not log onto live, ran every test via networking, changes passwords just in case, still no staying logged on, no billing issues, just stopped, reset my comcast modem
    everything I can think of...Out of ideas

    Unable to download xbox live profile

    I was unable to connect, so i deleted all data and try to redownload the xbox live account. An error occurred that display a message saying "unable to download any xbox live account at the moment".

    Just re-buy gold, nothing working. I'm really frustrated.

    GTA Online, your profile does not have permission to Access Gta online

    The account you posted with is a silver account. If this is the account you used to access GTA O the you were unable to connect because you need a Gold Membership to xbo Live.

    Your account still shows Gold here on the forums. Are you unable to perform certain LIVE Gold functions?

    Gamertag will not sign in

    You are showing as gold on the forums here. Perhaps the issue is that the gold need to populate your account on live. If you are still unable to get on live when you see this message go to System Settings/Network and run a connection test. It will sign
    you out. When you sign back in you should be good to go.

    The account was unable to be signed in.

    It would not connect to XBOX live.

    When trying to change games would not let log in via microsoft account.

    Son has XBOX gold pass etc and no issues prior to this.

    I will contact them directly as advised thank you .
