Unable to confirm purchase

I'm trying to download something with a season pass. Whenever I get to the confirm purchase screen the confirm purchase option isn't there and there is a red prohibition symbol next to the item I want to download.

MW3 DLC wont download

I have the same problem it starts the download but when a Map finishes it says unable to download also I can't confirm the purchase for some reason.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. There is a guide on the
insert disc for a digital title error message that pops up. Work through that guide and see if that helps resolve the issue at all. If not, the next step I'd recommend trying is going to be

reinstalling the game entirely. Hopefully that does it but if not, go ahead and try deleting the game from your console then

factory resetting the console. You can keep your other games and apps when you do this. Once you've done that, go ahead and reinstall the game.

If none of those work, reach out to the
phone or chat support teams. What you can ask of them is for them to revoke your current digital license for the game and allow you to repurchase the title again to see if that helps.

I'll cross my fingers that it doesn't even get to that point though and that something sooner helps. Good luck and keep us posted!

I too got this recently, when I attempted to download dlc for the borderlands pre sequel through the game using the season pass. for the claptastic voyage part 1, the confirm purchase option does not appear, which is vexing bc i payed for all the dlcs. confirm
purchase appears for every other piece of dlc but this one.
