    Unable to complete the Device Service form because of Trace ID Error message.


    I've tried about 100 times, on different computers, phones, browsers, it's all the same.

    Trace ID error.

    Says contact support, but thats just a loop to go round and round the same stupid articles.

    Says phones back in 1 minutes, type in phone number, UNAVAILABLE.

    Says 24 hours Live Chat, where is it? I've clicked on every single individual thing to try and find a way through and NO.

    Why does every support team set up 1000 barriers to stop themselves purposely from helping their customers? The fact you have to go through all of that palava to get to request a call back and then you have to entrer a CAPTCHA, like what bot is trying to request support to help them? It's just another hurdle to force the customer into giving up and accepting the issue they have.

    All i want to do, is send my controller back for repair, it's in warranty, but not for long.

    All microsoft want, is that warranty to run out and for me to buy a new one.

    PROVE ME WRONG.

    Did you get this figured out? I’m trying to set up my daughters that she got for Christmas and I’m having the same issue.

    I am having the same issue with this. Mine is sending my console for repair and for 3 days I have been going around. It is very frustrating. I’m getting an error when I need the shipping label.
