Unable to complete set-up for ID@Xbox

Hello,

I'm currently trying to apply for ID@Xbox for our company (a registered business). However, I can't seem to clear the Introduction step because it keeps saying there are still fields that need to be completed, even though I have filled everything in. This is only for the contact information, for the studio information it appears to be working fine. I haven't received any response through emails.

I’m sorry this is a customer-based technical support forum , you would have to continue to contact ID @Xbox for help. We have no ability to look at or access anyone’s accounts, or anything to do with money, and we don’t have access to any of the special programs.

What do you mean it didn't complete? If you are unable to complete the reset properly then perhaps the console needs to be repaired. You can set this up at devicesupport.microsoft.com. Once set up and you have received your shipping label you can pack
up the console to send off.

The gamertag on my console is FerretyFaun16. When I originally tried to sign on after I bought my gold membership, it wouldnt let me use the windows live ID I set up the account with. So I set up a new windows live ID and that didn't work either which is
where I got FerretyFaun16. Now I'm just completely lost and confused.

the gamertag currently linked to my wild account is my old one. No points,friends nada. How do i change this to my current gamertag? i am unable to do this from the console as i am unable to reset the password linked with my old WILD id which was set up
when i bought the console 4 years ago.
