    Unable to complete Device Service & Repair form


    My Xbox controller has drift issues and is in warranty.

    I have selected "Start order" to return the item, however cannot get passed

    "Select shipping address to see available service options" screen. I have tried entering my address in a few ways with no luck. I have checked my address in address book and checked i have valid payment options set. I then tried to request a call back but keep getting

    "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

    I do not want to miss my warranty end date because the systems wont let me log a ticket.

    Please help

    If you cannot proceed with the warranty claim for your controller through the regular procedure for the reason you mentioned, and your controller's warranty is still valid, then I recommend that you try submitting the warranty request directly through this alternate link:

    This does me no good at all. I go in some automated loop of worthless answers here. I need to determine how to exchange the controller without having issues with the cookies.

    My Xbox has been taking around 10 minutes to get to the green screen and then another 50 to take me to my dash board and then I can’t even play any games

    If you are unable to access the troubleshooting menu, there seems to be a hardware failure with the console already. I would highly recommend sending in the console for repair service. You can create a repair order by logging in to your account at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-de....

    Select the device that you want to be repaired.

    Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

    After Device Services receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that includes shipping or drop-off instructions.
