Unable to complete billing address on Xbox

On the far left bottom corner of the page, change the region to Canada.

Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Billing Specialists since our system would allow us to perform a deeper dive on the account and possibly resolve this particular issue. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

- Yes, I was trying to replace/update my existing card details

- Unfortunately, I am unable to remove due to my game pass subscription being linked to the card. For the billing address though, as I am unable to put the entire address in the fields provided, I have shortened it so that it would fit.

Hi there Player! That shouldn't cause an issue. It sounds like the account you're trying to register has its region set to the USA. Is this a new account you're trying to create, or an old one? If you're trying to create a new account, you may want to
restart the process and make sure you do not set it to be a US account. If you're trying to update an old account, then you will need to contact support over the phone/chat to discuss changing the region.

(Also as a final note, you do not need to have a new account for your repaired console. You can just use the Download Profile option on the Sign In screen and download your own account!)
