    Unable to collect free tickets and coin, again


    once again I am unable to get the free tickets and coin. Making a purchase is no problem. What is the deal? I have been trying all day.

    can't connect to bingo or collect the free tickets or coins.

    not receiving free tickets and coins in bingo

    For 3 days now I have been unable to receive the daily free tickets and coins. I get the message "your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Try again!"

    Is anyone else having this trouble? (It worked fine before the Windows update!) And what is unusual is that I can still receive keys when I open "Social".

    Support: If you can correct this, can I collect my ungiven tickets and coins?

    As this feature is connected to the MS servers, please power cycle your modem and console and then try again. Should the issue persist please contact support 😀

    Me, too. Cannot connect today. While I have not been able to collect my free tickets and coins for 6 days, I was at least able to receive my daily rewards. And now it will not connect with my server....frustrated!
