    Unable to Collect Daily Bonus


    When I open the Microsoft Bingo, the window appears to redeem my daily reward. However, when I try to redeem the reward, the game displays a message "try again later". I cannot close the box and proceed to play the game.

    I was last able to collect the daily ticket and coins "watch ad" bonus 3 days ago. what's up with that???

    Issues with Jackpot after Update

    MS updated Jackpot about a month ago. Since the update, I'm unable to collect the daily bonus and rewards. The game freezes. I have to restart the game. The game will not save my progress to the cloud. I assume it is saving my progress under my gamer tag.
    Is there any way to fix this problem without uninstalling/reinstalling and losing my progress?

    The daily streak bonus is based entirely on the daily set. You can do 0 searches as long as you complete the daily set every day.

    The daily bonus freezes it. The in game bonus freezes when you get cherries or other bonuses
