Unable to claim Gamepass that came with Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3

I recently bought an Ideapad gaming 3 from BestBuy US and had it shipped to Pakistan through someone. Now the issue is I cannot redeem my Gamepass promo even though I have a Turkish Bank Card as well that I can use (and have in the past) to claim Xbox Gamepass on my account. I cannot change the region of it from the US.

Any way how I can change the region from the US to Turkey? I am aware that Gamepass is not supported in Pakistan but I currently live in Turkey where it is

Hello Alkylon, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your code.

The reason you can't use the code is because they're region locked which means that since you bought the laptop from the US the code would have been for the US.

Although no one here can help with this there is one small possibility for you. Log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate regarding a code issue.

Please note that you should only give the code information to a Microsoft Advocate.

Looking at the specs on the Lenovo site, it does not mention it. So I would assume no.
