    Hi

    Whenever I try to claim 12 month XBL from MyVIP vault, I get the following error message.

    Something went wrong, and we’re unable to process your request. Please reach out on our

    support forum     for assistance.

    You may have missed the item recently going out of stock and had an outdated page. That item is currently not available.

    Can’t claim 12 month xbl card

    I’m trying to use my gems to buy 12 months of Xbox live and it keeps telling me that you can’t process my request. The item is in stock and I have the 2000 gems to purchase it but it isn’t letting me.

    I’m having the same problem and from what I’ve been able to gather, support is just going to ignore us on this.

    After trying non-stop over the last few days, I was finally able to redeem mine a few minutes ago. Try it now.
