    Unable to check out my rewards


    My credit has been 5,250 since last months. The credit still not checkout.

    I received an email stating something is wrong with my account, and the link direct me to here.

    Support pls help.

    Hello JimmyZeroL,

    Since you do not have a Microsoft Payment Account, we cannot place a deposit of currency. From the FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    Lost a lot of achievements

    Since that is not a rewards program issue, rewards support are unable to assist.

    The first thing you'll want to do is check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you were given a gamerscore reset. If not, then It's usually just a glitch that will fix itself.
