unable to chat after ban

Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.

Sorry to see any issues with a suspension! It sounds like your console has been issued a suspension as well, and filing a Case Review while your account's suspension was active would have brought that to light. An email is sent to your Microsoft Account
email explaining the suspensions, and you will want to check that for more information. The Enforcement team are not on these forums, and we are unable to comment on any Enforcement Actions ourselves.

Unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing issue at the moment. There are plenty of other posts here in the forums regarding the exact same issue with being unable to chat after a ban has been lifted.

Microsoft are aware of the issue and are working on it I believe. However I am unaware of a solution at the current time.

The bans for communications violations are both punishment and there to keep the gaming community safe.

By receiving your comms ban you have automatically been punished for your actions, At the same time this keeps the community safe as you will be unable to chat with or socialise with other players on xbox live during the ban.

If you have a communications ban you can check enforcement.xbox.com however if is not listed there you may want to contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us if your ban has lifted and you still have been unable to chat for that long.
