Unable to change Xbox Gamerpic

Long ago i changed my Gamerpic to a custom one and i wanted to change it to an other custom one but it said:"Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while."

I've been trying it for an hour now taking 5 min breaks between each try. So whats up? On Xbox Enforcement i have a perfect score.

Why am i unable to change my gamerpic on the xbox app this has been going on for a week now

Hi GaborFerenczi,

In order to take some of the strain off of the servers during this difficult time a few things have been temporarily disabled, unfortunately one of these are the ability to upload custom gamerpics. I understand that this is quite frustrating but the best
thing to do is to simply be patient at the moment.

turned off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

Is this why i cant change my gamerpic customly

What julosjc mentioned could be a reason you are unable to change your custom profile pic, but the more likely reason is that Xbox has temporarily suspended the ability of users to change their custom gamerpics. You can go to beta.support.xbox.com for more
