    Hello I been having trouble trying to change my custom gamer picture. I've always kept it friendly but I can't seem to change it like it's not letting me and I wish to change it to something I like please help

    It's to do with excessive server traffic, as more people are online. Also Microsoft/Xbox have a duty of care towards their staff, ensure their health and wellbeing is catered for.

    As I said, it's to aid with server moderation. Please be patient.

    The gamerpic feature has been temporarily switched off to aid with server moderation, during the covid-19 situation.

    Once server traffic and the situation eases, the gamerpic feature will be turned on again.

    So because of this virus I can't change my picture? Sorry if I seemed or sound weird but what does Covid 19 has to do with my pfp? Its a virus that has nothing to do with changing pictures I know you're doing your job but this confuses me a lot

    To make the servers run smoother Xbox has temporarily turned off changing your profile picture.
