Unable to change gamertag on website

Hi there,

I'm having trouble changing my Gamertag by going to https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag.

After I've signed in with OAuth it just shows the background screen and nothing else. (see image)

It looks like there's some kind of exception thrown after the OAuth since we get a Response Header at location "https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag?error=InternalServerError&error_description=Some+exception+happenen#state=c5332cfd-1751-4d27-86b2-0f32934b614d".

I've tried clearing cache, resetting cookies. Tried on different computers, tried on my phone etc.

If I use a different account the change gamertag screen works fine.

Forced gamertags are final just like other actions, you can contact the enforcement team directly. try change your tag at this website by going to account.xbox.com

if you're unable to change your tag for free then you must pay for an change.

Unfortunately no, the changing of the gamertag is universal for Xbox games to the profile. If you're unable to change the gamertag due to a time restriction then you'll be unable to have a different display in the games you play.
