Unable to change daughters DOB as manage consent takes me to a page not letting me

I have added my child as a family member but when I click on the 3 dots next to his name and then on manage permissions, it takes me back to the main page. When I click on him info, I am unable to edit his dob, only his gender, region and time zone.

The DOB being changed on the Windows Live Account page like I said would not change the original DOB on your account. Unfortunately, you'd need to contact EA Support for any sort of assistance in linking the account. You can try different birthdays out and
see if they can link it that way if XBOX Support is unable to give you the full DOB.

The page seems to funnel you forward, but if you hit change password, it takes you to the older format.

So I found this page:
account.live.com/.../Manage

but other games are listed there, while Kingdom's and Lords is not.. how can I add to the list, or make the game request permission?

Same issue, I ned to change my daughter account on minecraft.

I click on unlink, it warns me about loosing all purchases, I accept it, he answers unliked successfully.

But when I tried to login on my account it says already used.

It is like the "unlink" it is not working, it says unliked but it isn't.

How to solve it?
