i am unable to change my gamer picture to a custom one on the xbox app and it says “you are unable to upload custom images because of your past behaviour. learn more on enforcement.xbox.com” even though i have no current bans? thanks in advance

I can see your gamerpic of you and your dog just fine!

After you upload your gamerpic, it will need a little time to be verified by Microsoft before it gets published to your profile. You're good to go now.

This sounds like you had a ban for an custom pic that was against the terms. In that case you are not longer allowed to change to a custom gamerpic.

If you go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ do you see any ban?

Also, where are you seeing this error? Is it through the Xbox app? I believe it's just a bug, and I've seen it happening dew times. You can still change the custom image, just ignore the message, or try changing on console. You can copy the custom image
on a USB drive or a pen drive.
