Unable to Cancel X-box Live Subscription

Good evening,

I have tried over a month to cancel my x box live subscription since we no longer have x-box and have made numerous attempts over the past month to cancel with no success. I have become very frustrated with the chats and online instructions that are not
resolving my issue. The call back request doesn't work either . How can I speak with a real person to cancel this subscription. I have spent hours of my valuable time dealing with a very simple matter; my credit card was charged $59.99 on 2/22/19. Nonetheless
it is not fair to the customers when not able to successfully contact microsoft in person to cancel.

Please Help!!

Yes I cancelled the payment through paypal … but they had told me to contact Microsoft . My ultimate goal is to get signed up for X Box Live subscription .

hello i have tried everything but have failed to update my x box through x box live

Mega Man Universe. Capcom was going to release it on X-Box Live Arcade, but they cancelled it for no good reason.
