    Unable to cancel Minecraft Realms trial subscription


    I've got a son that would like to start using Minecraft realms, but due to the same problem many others seem to be having, he's getting an error that vaguely states he cannot join realms due to some unspecified privacy setting. I grew up editing autoexec.bat
    to get games to work, but an hour spent on this and I'm done. No one on the internet seems to have an answer, and I'm out of patience.

    I want to cancel my realms trial, but within the Minecraft shop, it states that the purchase was made within the Windows Store and it needs to be cancelled there. Since there is no such thing as the "Windows Store", I'm assuming it means the Microsoft Store,
    but I can't find the purchase within. Anyone have any idea how to cancel realms before I'm charged?

    The realm subscription was a free trial that has now ended although it shows as canceled.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please make sure that you're signed into the correct Microsoft account that was used to activate the free trial because if you are logged into a different account, the subscription won't appear.

    Once you already have the correct account where the trial for the Realms subscription was activated, go to the Microsoft Account Subscriptions Page: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services & subscriptions and look for your Minecraft Realms subscription.

    If the subscription appears, click Manage next to it and select Turn Off Recurring Billing.

    Why can i not get minecraft realms for free

    I have just had a look at it shows you have to have a 10 user subscription to get a free trial.

    We offer a free 30-day trial of Minecraft Realms to players who have not previously had a Realm and have signed up for a 10-user subscription.

    Hello Ricardo. Both Minecraft Realms are 10 person subscriptions and are the same cost each month. I am unable to tell the difference between the two subscriptions and don't want to cancel the wrong one and lose all the work.
