Unable to cancel Fortnite Crew subscription

In settings there is no option to cancel the subscription for the Fortnite crew

To be able to cancel the Fortnite Crew subscription you have to go to this page and make sure to sign in the account that has the active subscription: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

If the subscription isn't showing up on the account you are logged in, it means that Fortnite Crew subscription wasn't purchase in there.

Kindly review your other accounts because one of them might have the active Fortnite Crew subscription.

1. Sign in with your account credentials on this link: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions

2. Find the Fortnite Crew subscription and click on it.

3. Click on the "Manage" button.

4. Click on the "Cancel" button and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

5. Should you have issues with the cancelation process, you may reach out to our support team for further assistance - Contact us | Xbox Support.

If you purchase it from other store, please reach out to their support team. This is per stated on the terms and condition of Fortnite Crew subscription - The Fortnite Crew Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions.

Here at Microsoft Community, we don't have access to information to be able to cancel the Fortnight crew pack subscription.

However, to cancel the fortnight crew pack you can do the following:

To cancel from an Xbox Series X, S, or Xbox One console:

1. Go to Settings.
   
2. Go to Account.
   
3. Under Account, go to Subscriptions.
   
4. You might be prompted to enter your passkey if you have it activated; otherwise, you'll be taken to your subscriptions page, and you'll see all available subscriptions under your Xbox account
   
5. Find Fortnite Crew and turn off auto-renewal.
   

Or alternatively, you can cancel from a web browser, by following these steps:

1. Navigate to account.microsoft.com/account
   
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account
   
3. Select Services & Subscriptions at the top of the page
   
4. Select Manage next to your subscription listing
   
5. Select Turn off recurring billing to the right
   
6. Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing
