    Unable to buy Game Pass


    So basically when I went to purchase the game pass it locked my credit card country to United States. I'm not from the US and I have it set like that in my Microsoft profile but i guess it wants my xbox account set in the same country as well but the problem
    is I can't change it or find where to change it. I found some link but I just got an error code that the page was missing. In the search bar it said child trying to access something like that, don't remeber.

    Hi, you tried use others Browsers to Make test? I Suggest you use the Edge Insider (Canary, Dev, Beta) choose one install and try again, going in https://www.xbox.com

    Thank you for your suggestion. I tried the browsers you suggested and unfortunately I get the same issue and it stuck on the loading screen.

    This usually means the payment info doesn't match the profile info. I would check to be sure everything is set accurately. The other option is trying to make the purchase through the desktop site.
