Unable to browse, rent or purchase movies or games from store after update.

Until I am able to download movies via Xbox One, I will not be buying or renting any movies from the XB1 Video store. I'll use Fios for renting and purchase blurays until Xbox corrects this oversight.

Getting error code 0x80c90011 now... unable to purchase or rent any movie. Please advise.

Thanks for reporting. If you haven't already, can you submit your issues via the Feedback app to investigate? And for clarification: purchasing and renting from the Store means going to the Store Twist in the Shell, scrolling down to the Movies/TV category
and trying to purchase/rent from there. That should work for everyone? We are replacing the old Movies & TV app with a UWA Movies & TV app that we just published to the Store, that's the app that you can use to playback what you have purchased and rented.
In the coming days, we will be migrating the old app to this new Movies & TV UWA app, apologies for the inconvenience this is causing through the transition.

All of the above! Just rented the movie and cannot watch it. I either have to purchase it or it says to rent it again at xBox store.

License for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again at the xBox Video Store.

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to find your movie under Movies & TV
in the store. From the main dashboard go to Store > Movies & TV > My Movies & TV > Purchased. All your purchased movies, whether you own or renting them will show up there.
