Unable to avoid

I'm not sure if this is an exploit or just a problem with World of Tanks but I am coming across a lot of players who remain unavoidable after a game is played with them, I was playing a match of World of Tanks when a player accused me of cheating and
cussed me out in a message, normally this would be no big deal I would avoid this player and submit the appropriate complaint and move on with life. the player review system says that I had never played with this player before! So I started looking at all
the players on my recent players list as the day went on and just yesterday alone I came across at least 20 players I couldn't review after a game. And in a few games only 6 or so players even show up on the recent players list. after making a phone call
to Xbox customer support I was encouraged to open a forum topic. I had started to wright down names but with so many I don't fell it a good use of time and looking at 30 (29 not counting me)players every match is also not something I wanted to do all the time.
If this is an exploit being used by undesirable people in the community or just a problem with the game World of Tanks I hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks for your time!

Unable to prefer/avoid players

I've recently discovered that I am unable to prefer or avoid players I've played with. Xbox Live tells me I need to play with them first. I am actually trying this from match summary screens of matches I have participated in, and the "players" list from
Grand Theft Auto V lobbies. My "recently met" players list appears to be glitched or broken, as it last says I met players something like 6-8 months ago. This is incorrect.

I can still report people I think are cheating for cheating, however.

 

Gamertag Reputation

So my account has been on avoid me for months and months and isn't looking likely to be improved. I have tried to play online games to improve my reputation but I am unable to connect to other players. This means I am unable to improve the reputation meaning
it will never be off avoid me.

 

happen to me every now and then. I think it's just a glitch in the system because if I see them in the next few matches I'm able to avoid again.

 

the avoid player system isnt foolproof because there are just not that many players playing this game (daily only on average 10k players worldwide at the same time)
