    I bought the A50 + Mixamp and my xbox sees that there is a headset, but when i try to assign it to my account it wont let me. whenever i select my account, it goes back to the screen and says "not assigned"

    Hello N3w, from what I understand the Xbox recognizes the correct headset, you want to assign it only to your account as it does with the controller, if you can give more details.

    Astro A40 TR Headset not being detected on my account

    I’m having the same issue and could use help fixing the problem. I have the A40 with mix amp. It is all plugged in correctly and verified it more than once. I have the Xbox X series. I have also confirmed I have the most recent firmware upgrade on the A40s. I am unable to get the Xbox to assign the A40s to my profile. It shows the headset and says they are connected but nothing happens when I go to assign the headset and without doing that, they do not work. If I unplug the headset from the mix amp and plug into my Xbox controller, they work but still unable to assign them to my profile.

    Any suggestions? Thank you

    Headset/Mic Not Working

    I reassociated it. That went fine. Ut i noticed that under headset of the controller the headset is not assigned to the controller and i cant click it to assign it. It shows a headset but cant assign it.

    Check settings. Volume turned up on xBox and headset? Is headset being assigned to your account?

    Try connecting headset to controller first, and then powering on the controller. Ensure the controller is assigned to your profile

    Bluetooth Problems

    If it's on a seperate Quadrant, than yes, it will stay on.. But, if it is assigned to a specific controller quadrant, than it will turn off or lose sync with the controller..

    Plus, if you insert a wired headset to a controller, that has a assigned wireless headset, the wireless headset disconnects...
