    Unable to ask for permission via email in xbox launcher


    Hi i am experiencing problems with the xbox app on my Windows 10 device. When i try to boot up Final Fantasy 15 i get a message saying i need to ask a parent for permission to play the game. (which is normal because i am villingly
    under parental controls.) When the message pops up i get 1 option to ask for permission by sending an email to my guardian. When i click on this button i get a message that reads "An error ocurred. We are working on it. Try again later. I've had this problem
    for a week now. Does anyone know what causes this error and/or knows how to solve it

    The problem is i migrated to my sons account instead of mine making me unable to play the game via another launcher because the account is underage.

    You might want to go to 343 Industries as that is the company that does all of the work on the Halo series now. See if there is a way to contact someone either there.
