Unable to amend Country/Region in XBox Child Account

You have to do it here on xbox.com under my account and manage my region

This is the only setting that affects billing

And he cant

He has to be over 18

This is because he has to understand what he is doing and the consequences

Everything from region locks and issues with subscriptions to the 3month limit

The console setting has no bearing on the account region

Hi, thanks for the reply. There is no error when I go into account.Microsoft.com/profile and Edit Profile the Country/Region is set to United States and there is no option to change, so effectively greyed out. All other options Gender/Postal Code etc can be changed.

If I go into the XBox console Profile & system > Settings > System > Language & location then it is and has always been correctly set to United Kingdom

We only noticed this as an issue when we went to Add Money for the first time, I can only presume it’s been set like this since the account was created. Other sibling accounts are fine just this one,

Whenever you're trying to change the country/region on the website (https://account.microsoft.com/profile) are you getting an error or is it greyed out?

His kids account is a child account therefore cannot do the region migration due to the conditions set forth by the region migration tool
