    Hi,

    This morning I added $10AUD to my childs account. I then tried to add another $10AUD but I've received the following error message:

    Contact us at Microsoft support

    We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out.

    Thank you for responding. It is quite strange that one purchase went through and another failed for the same amount. Just as our great ambassador Drifter suggested, reach out to one of our billing specialists through our
    Xbox Support site. Make sure to reference the initial purchase which did go through and the error code you provided. Cheers :D

    Hi,

    I'm just replying as I wanted to leave a decent amount of time between attempts. I've tried again and am still getting the same message. I've also logged into online banking and checked my credit card. It has not been locked.

    Any other suggestions?

    You may want to try again later. If you were using the same credit card to make multiple payments in a short period of time, your CC company may have put a stop on payment as a potential fraud alert.
