    I'm trying to log into my sons xbox. We got him xbox live for xmass.

    same here... paid $59 to activate online.. yet unable to login into xbox live from xb console.. tried download profile but got an error

    I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

    I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

    We need a billing account associated with your Microsoft Account to place our deposits into. A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required, using the instructions at: (Update Your Billing Contact Information Online).
    After you set up your account using this method, it should take 4-5 days for the information to get through all our servers. You should be able to register after that point!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
