    I recently purchased a Lenovo Legion 5Pi that comes with 1 month of free Xbox Game Pass access. But I'm unable to activate it from Windows Store's "Included with device" section.

    Hello.

    I recently purchased an Xbox Live Bundle from Best Buy. Within the bundle, it came with
    1 month free pass fro Xbox Live Gold, 1 month free pass to Xbox Game Pass, and the new Star Wars Jedi: Fallen order for download. All of the codes for each of the passes were still active, except for the new Xbox Live Gold pass I received.
    Can I get a new code since i just purchased this and expected it to be active still once I received it?

    Since you already have a 12 month subscription of Xbox Live Gold , when you add your FREE 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that came with your new Xbox One S console to your account it will convert it to Game Pass Ultimate. So you would get 12 months of
    Game Pass Ultimate (previously Live Gold) + 1 Free Month = 13 months in total of Game Pass Ultimate, if my understanding of it is correct.

    You don't understand what my problem is
    Firstly I did NOT activate 1 month free game pass that came with my device
    Secondly I added credit card and I know I can disable or cancel auto renewal
    BUT it does NOT let me activate free trial
    When I click activate it just redirects me to my bank and tells me to increase my payment limit and if that is not enough info for you I can post a picture

    Since you currently have an active 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Core on your account, you can purchase 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to convert your subscription.

    This will convert your subscription to Ultimate making your subscription in total of 13 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
