Unable to acess halo 5 servers

All day I have been trying to access halo 5 servers which haven't been working and all it says is error at authorizing user with halo 5 services. I have tried *** my xbox and router many times and I have also removed my account of my xbox and added it back
on and it still doesn't work. I am completely out of ideas and I need help please.

halo 4 war games server down unable to play online

i i'm unable to get on the real halo 4 servers and unable to join people dose anyone know how to fix this?

Trying to download Halo5,and its taking all day

I pre-ordered halo 5 digitally and it has taken too long. when it downloaded I was unable to connect on to the servers and I had to delete the game just to wait another two days to play it even though I pre-ordered it.

OI got the same problem. I jave tried things like deleting and re-installing the game but that didn't work for me. You cpuld try that with a hard reset but the only outcome I got was the same error codw. But u should give it a go as my friend did it and
now his is fine so try it out

Thank you for the help but unfortunately I tried that and the same error message comes to my screen and I sent got a clue what to do at all

Thanks for the feedback. This have been previously reported, however, are you having other online gaming issues by any chance? Or is it just Halo 5? Are you by any chance located in the UK? We have seen reports of UK users (specific to Sky Broadband) having
same issue between 5.30 AM - 9 PM local time. This due to a filter from Sky causing the online gaming to throw this error. The resolution would to have the filter by pass for online gaming in given timeframe.
