Unable to access Xbox Rewards Page / Site Keeps Looping

Good good afternoon. I'm trying to access my Xbox Live rewards account before the program migrates to Microsoft Rewards. When I try to access the account page, there's a pop up offering me FAQ for the migration. When I close the pop-up, there's a banner
with a link to join Xbox Live Rewards. Interestingly, the rest of the page underneath the banner is fuzzy, but I can nonetheless see my Point information, it's just not accessible because of the enrollment Banner. When I click join now it just brings me back
to the account page with the FAQ pop-up, and the process starts all over again. When I click "Sign In" (even though I was already signed in), it loops back to the FAQ pop-up and the cycle starts over. I have tried this using Microsoft Edge mobile and desktop,
having cleared cookies on both. Please advise. Thank you.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so Rewards support can check into it for you then.

If you've already signed up for the program, you can x out of the FAQ popup and sign in in the upper right corner of the page.

If you've never signed up before, it is no longer possible to register for the program since it is being shut down.

As stated in the FAQ pop-up, Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region. Since the program is ending, you cannot join the program. The "fuzzy" information is generic default information intended to show what the page could look like.
