    Unable to access Xbox Live Gold games even though I have game pass


    So back when I had Xbox Live Gold I got The Division as a Gold game, and I recently decided to play it again. However whenever I go to open the game it says I need to renew my Xbox Subscription even though I don’t need to and have reoccurring payments on. I can play online in other games and can download gamepass games, but I just can’t play any that I got through free games with gold.

    OK

    Some people have reported an issue with the store update the last few days.

    You should perform a soft factory reset (without deleting all games). But maybe you should delete that game before.

    Remember you need your account email and password after the reset.

    Hope that will fix it !
