    Unable to access Xbox game pass ultimate games on PC


    I converted my xbox game pass to an ultimate edition about a month ago. I've finally got a new SSD for my PC so attempted to download some games but I cannot access them from Microsoft Store app. I can see 'Xbox game pass' option in My Library but the
    only games with an option to download are Xbox play anywhere titles I could play before the upgrade. Is my upgrade broken? I keep being asked to buy ultimate on my PC and Xbox. I have definitely got access to xbox gold so its partially working or is there
    some other place to download these games? I have a good Google/Bing to find out whats wrong and come up with nothing...

I understand that you are unable to find a specific game title while using the Xbox app. Before we try to troubleshoot, please confirm that you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. a Game Pass Ultimate subscription is required to access any PC Game Pass titles. You may view your account status by visiting View and manage your subscription; there is a link that directs you to login with your account at the bottom of the page.

    If you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and still do not have access to PC Game Pass titles, please respond back to this thread.

    Also, if you purchase Game Pass first, then it would be converted to Ultimate and if you cancel ultimate, you would lose your Game Pass subscription. So if you do cancel Ultimate, do it first before you downgrade to just Game Pass.

    Which subscription are you downgrading to, is it Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, or Game Pass Core?

    If Game Pass Core, you will only have access to just over 30 games that are part of the Game Pass catalogue, and online multiplayer.

    If Xbox Game Pass, you will have access to all the Game Pass games on the Xbox Console, and no online multiplayer.

    If PC Game Pass, then you will have access to all the Game Pass games on the PC including EA Play, and online multiplayer.

    I have Gamepass on my Xbox but on my PC I don't and I've tried logging out then back in and I am in the same account as my xbox

    Check you subscription to make sure that you are subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate.

    You can only access PC games via game pass if you pay for a sperate subscription to PC game pass or you have Xbox game pass Ultimate.

    A game pass for you Xbox is exclusive to your Xbox.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you canceled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and now your son is unable to use Xbox Live Gold.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate     is three different subscriptions in one. It includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC. If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you lose access to all three of these subscriptions. That is why your son is unable
    to use Xbox Live Gold features.

    Generally, users will upgrade their Xbox Live Gold subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This will convert your Xbox Live Gold time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time. If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate after upgrading, you must

    purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription     in order to continue using online features for your console. We hope this information helps
