Did you get the OS reset? there was an issue with the last update for the Skip Ahead Ring which forced MS to push a new build that had to factory reset your OS (dont worry none of your games or settings are removed its only for the OS), If you did get this
then you should be able to get access to it through the console, but if not just check if you have an update waiting.

Yes the update was pushed to my console but this is where the issues started. Basically because I'm in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring I was pushed the update yesterday but this update will not complete. Every time It downloads the update just fine but fails to
verify it (fails at 33% when verifying the update). I wanted to come to the preview forums to see if the update had an issue and if others had the same problem as me but found that I can now no longer access the xbox one preview forum here on xbox.com (maybe
because I went to the Skip Ahead ring?). I have downloaded the update over 20 times since yesterday (at 3.6GB a pop) but it always fails on verifying the update. I've rebooted my router several times, hard reset the console many times ,changed ethernet cables,
switch to a different port on the router and even tried with wireless instead of wired but I still get still the same error every time.

I've called support on the phone which they were unable to help me as it is an insider problem and couldn't even tell me why I don't have access to the preview forums anymore. I've tried just about everything I can think of but nothing
seems to work with updating the console. The only time this has happened before was when M$ pushed a corrupted build to the AU but was resolved after a few days with as new build. I could still access the preview forums then so I knew I wasn't the only one
but this time I can't access the forums to even see if it is a problem with the build or something else. Sorry for the long post but wanted to give you as much info as I could and hope you can help me get my 2 issues sorted out, TIA

You can always opt out of the preview if you don't want to be in it anymore, but it's best to keep preview related issues on the preview forums since it can't be troubleshooted with the available supportpages at the moment.

And state that you are in the Xbox Preview but that you're unable to access the private forums and would like to request access.
