    Unable to access Sunset overdrive free for 24 hours


    I have been unable to download sunset overdrive free for 24 hours, it doesn't give me the option to install it when I go to play sunset overdrive free I just have bundles, which is grayed out or buy the game for £44.99. I have a gold active gold sub and
    can't figure out how to trial to work.

    Sunset Overdrive is indeed free this weekend. You can play as much of the full game as you are able for 24 hours from 12:01 EST November 22.

    After the free period you'll have the option to purchase the game if you like.

    That promotion ended on Friday I believe and the sale just lasted the rest of the weekend.

    Free Sunset Overdrive and no day-one E-mail

    The offer to play Sunset Overdrive for free was for a 24 hour period only beginning at 12:01 am EST. If you try accessing the game after that 24 hour period was up then you will not be able to play it for free.

    As for the email, if you are over 17 and were an early adopter of the console and have your contact preferences set up to receive marketing emails from Xbox (had to have been done before the 11th) then you should have received one. Check your junk/spam
    folders.
