Unable to access rewards or ambassadors program.

I am unable to access the rewards program. All of my information displays as "?" in MyDashboard. As for the ambassadors program, I am signed up and it says I am, but when I attempt to access the Lounge or other features it only tells me I must sign up. I
am becoming frustrated.

Ambassadors

I was part of the ambassadors program a few years back. I've tried to get back in but says i have been removed from it. wondering if I can get back in so i can help support the community once again. It also says to visit the Ambassadors Access Forum but
im unable to access it.

Ambassadors program help!?!

hi can someone please help i was a top 100 ambassador in season two and also just the other day recieved an amazon gift voucher email from ambassadors programme the random act of kindness thing it said thanks for all your work and help with the xbox community
then just now i was doing live chats in the ambassador chat bank and stopped working

Now it says ive been removed from ambassadors program due to either xbox gold running out or an enforcement action on account or other action to find out more go to ambassadors forum but i cant access any of the ambassadors lounges or forum as not inthe
program now apparently so can someone in charge from ambassadors please help me?

I have over a year gold left and have had no enforcement actions or anything against me so i dont understand why i have been removed from program when just the other day i recieved a thank you reward for amazon credit from the amvassadors program then today
been removed why??

It takes us up to 96 hours to fully process new activity. We try to alert new users of a two day processing time via email to your current billing email address. We see that your recent registration has completed, and you are now a Rewards member. Unfortunately,

missions completed for the ambassador program are not run by the reward program. You will want to post your issue in the Ambassador help forum.

Do you mean the Ambassador sweepstakes? If so, you'll need to post in the Ambassador forums for assistance. Since that is not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist.

I think we need to chill in here a little.

There's the Xbox Rewards program, the Ambassador program (with some cool loot) and the rebate program (subsidy of the Xbox Rewards) program.

That, along with, Games for Gold, and Deals with Gold.

I'm sure there's something there to reward you.
